Fresh ideas for redesign - restyle website

Brief: Our website is http://www.reccen.nl and we will give this website a facelift (restyle) specialy the homepage but some
details will be also changed for the whole website. I have a file that will give a idea we want and i'll try to explane as good as I can. First of all we don't want that scrolling is needed at the homepage if possible. Second we want that visitors (companies) are want to know more about us so we will only give information about our solution for them on recruitment. And after that directly call to action. Under the most important impression on the homepage (where we show what the costs is when using RecCen and when they don't) we will put a reference which will be changing after 5 sec and it will be clickable. And maybe we put a little more about our Unique Points which make our company a special company.
Some details we would like to see: the colour of the website now is very dark with in the middle something like a spotlight. We think that a little less dark blue without in the middle on the pages the light. Next is that we want
the the most important part of the homepage (showing costs) and call to action button will be very nice and special. We have an webbuilder which also will give us two ideas of him but we want some more options.
One more thing, we are working with a lots of partners which are famous in The Netherlands, maybe we want show them one for one (changing after 2 or 3 sec the logo's to show our huge network). this network is one of the reasons that we have the power to reach approx. 3 mln candidates.
Deliverables: The design we choose can be deliverd in PNG and-or JPEG and if possible in PDF.

Company description: See http://www.reccen.nl colour blue we are thinking like msn.nl but a little more dark maybe. We are not sure if the white border at the right and left of the screen at msn.nl also will be better for our website to give contrast.
Interested in: We like some spectacular things but not to much. Also the Labels at the homepage will be replaced but maybe it is nice to hang them at the price-cost indicator like the start of the indicator € 500 very small Label Maatwerk hanging

reccen: #logobolo bedankt voor het ontwerp! Het is zeker niet verkeerd maar niet wat wij zoeken. Dit wijkt teveel af van onze huidige website ( http://www.reccen.nl ) en stijl. Ik vind het overigens zeer knap dat je zo snel en beperkte info tot dergelijk ontwerp kan komen, echt Super!! Inmiddels is de periode bijna verlopen en heb ik met iemand anders die ook ervaring heeft mbt ontwerpen van websites al bijna iets waar ik tevreden over ben. Wel heb ik een andere website waar ik nog een ontwerp voor nodig heb zie http://www.woonkoers.nl De bedoeling is een menu bovenaan, frissere uitstraling en het logo moet ook iets frisser. Ik zal met Geniofrafico mailen of de termijn enkele dagen verlengt kan worden en het akkoord is! Gr. Marco

reccen: What I mean is that the homepage has to tell our USP that is we safe you money on recruitmentcosts and than call to action instead of giving much information about how we are doing it. They must think ´how do they do that? and then they have to click on Call me or Mail me.
